1. Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product unused and in its original condition hona chahiye.
• Original packaging, accessories aur tags available hone chahiye.
• Proof of purchase/order details provide karna zaroori hai.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

Agar product delivery ke waqt damaged ya defective receive ho, please 24–48 hours ke andar humein contact karein aur product ki clear pictures/video share karein.

Hum case review karne ke baad replacement ya refund ka suitable solution provide karenge.

3. Wrong Product

Agar aapko galat product receive hota hai, please humein contact karein. Verification ke baad hum replacement ya refund arrange karenge.

4. Change of Mind

Agar customer ne product order karne ke baad apna mind change kiya ho, return shipping charges customer ko bear karne pad sakte hain. Product unused aur original condition mein hona chahiye.

5. Refunds

Return approve hone ke baad refund process kiya jayega. Refund ka time payment method aur banking/payment provider par depend kar sakta hai.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged by customer, incomplete, or products without original packaging/accessories may not be eligible for return or refund.
